PRIVACY POLICY - FF-INTERIORS 2021

 

Thank you for your interest in my business.  My name is Fenella Falconer of FF-Interiors.  I am a freelance Interior Design Consultant based in Manningtree, Essex.  

 

 

What information do we collect, how and for what purpose

We collect personal information through direct communications and discussions from point of enquiry regarding the interior design consultancy service I offer.  I do not receive personal data and information via a contact page on my website.  I do not use any tracking or data analysis software.

If the status of any of the forementioned changes, my policy will be updated.

 

The information I would collect in order to effectively administer works would be some or all of the following: your name, site address, correspondence address if different, email address, phone number and bank details.

 

If any additional information is required I would ask for this information and your agreement to share it with me.  The data is stored securely and only accessed and used by myself.  The data is stored until it is no longer required

 

 

What will I do with your information

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer our agreed works and to provide the information, products and services you have requested from me.

 

 

What do we actually need to administer agreed works

We will need full correspondence details and any site/delivery addresses if different to the correspondence address given.  If payments are to be received from/made to a client then we will require knowledge of bank details

 

 

Who will we share your information with

We retain information for our own use, from initial correspondence and liaison regard to proposed work, through to the implementation of agreed works.  No actions will be undertaken without your approval and consent.  

 

The only information we would potentially share, with your prior consent, would be your address for the purposes of a delivery or a subcontractor attending site during agreed works.

 

We will not distribute, sell or lease your personal information to third parties.

 

We do not manage/use a marketing database or mailing list.  If this situation were to change, my policy will be updated.

 

 

Will your data be used for anything other than to administer agreed works

No your data will not be referred to or used for any other purpose.
